We have never asked for anything from our members. There has never been required deposit before withdrawal. Our members make a deposit when / if they wish. We have never asked for your documents. But one thing we are asking from you - you have to follow our rules.

All members, please, once again, read the TOS!
When you request a withdrawal we will check your accounts. We will refund all the requirements if you do not respect the TOS! If we refund money to your balance, please check your account, check your posts on the forum or send us a support ticket. Together we can solve all the problems.
But if your request is refunded 2 times, your account will be suspended.
This is the only way to keep CroMedia as a healthy community!
